Partner & sponsored playbooks

Playbooks are how this catalog is built to sustain itself: a partner’s brand wraps a real, linted, useful sequence — always disclosed, never ahead of the organic catalog. This page is the rate-card structure; the numbers are on request while the project is early.

Formats

Three placement formats, all already rendered.

Each format is live in the build today as a worked example — what you see on the example pages is exactly what ships.

The inventory

  • Sponsored playbook. A curated sequence your brand wraps — logo, name, blurb, CTA — with the placement paid. Worked example: Sponsored Speed Bundle.
  • Collab playbook. Co-branded with a tool or creator: the content is shared and so is the revenue. Worked example: Deep Code Review.
  • Themed drop. A limited-run seasonal slot with a visible window label (the catalog already runs its own — Ship-It Week, the January reset). Calendar inventory, one partner per window.
Specs

What a placement includes.

Every placement is a first-class playbook, not a banner: its own detail page with your name, mark, blurb, and CTA; a storefront card on the landing page; a one-paste conductor and raw endpoint; and an OG share card. The merchandising fields are already live in playbooks.jsontype, badge, window, accent, partner, tagline, featured — so a real partner slots in without new code.

Disclosure rules — non-negotiable

  • Every paid placement carries a visible Sponsored or Collab badge, on the card and on its page.
  • Sponsored cards never displace organic playbooks in the featured storefront grid.
  • No sponsor messaging in the copy-and-run flow — the surface users trust stays clean.
  • The briefs themselves are never sponsored. Placement wraps a sequence; every brief in it clears the same published linter as the rest of the catalog.
Numbers

Audience and pricing: on request.

The catalog is early and the numbers stay honest: distribution metrics are shared on request as they come online, and pricing is quoted per placement. No inflated reach claims — if a number isn’t real, it isn’t on this page.
